At Parker Pain & Spine, we accept a wide range of insurance plans. Some examples of insurance plans we accept are listed below however this list is not comprehensive:

• Traditional Medicare

• Medicare Advantage - Accept some plans 

• United Healthcare

• Humana 

• Aetna

• Anthem

• Blue Cross Blue Shield 

• Cigna

• Liberty HealthShare/ Medcost

• Christian Healthcare Ministries - CHM (Even though this is not medical insurance, we will continue to accept CHM patients.)

Our office will provide a complimentary benefits check and submit your claim for payment even if we are not a participating provider.  Please call your insurance carrier to confirm your understanding of your benefits.  Insurance is ultimately a contract between you and your insurance company, and not with us.

 

Please note that we are not a state Medicaid provider and are not currently accepting patients with primary, secondary, or tertiary medicaid plans or dual eligible and/or dual complete plans.

We take our relationship with patients very seriously.  Because of this, we carefully choose the insurance carriers with whom we participate.  We will not allow an insurance company to interfere in the doctor/patient relationship.
